The drag and drop is where you take the item from the layers on the palette and click hold and drop over the canvas your working with.

So when you see d&d that’s short for drag and drop

Open tag template #392

Shift +D new template should open up, and x out original

template

Now close out Missy’s copyright

Let’s fill the backgrounds

Open pp08-resize 60%

Activate shape 4

Selection-Select All-float-defloat-invert

d&d pp08 over shape 4

adjust over marching ants

and hit delete

Selections-none

Close original shape 4

Do the same for the following:

Pp09-resize 60%

Activate shape 3

Pp02-resize 60%

Activate shape 2

Pp03-resize 60%

Activate shape 1

Pp05-resize 50%

Activate circle

Pp06-resize 60%

Activate rectangle

Pp07-resize 40%

Activate square

Activate square back

Selection-Select All-float-defloat

Now, take your color changer tool

Flood Fill #ffe41a inside marching ants

Selections-none

Activate wordart layer

Take your color changer tool

Choose color changer

And zoom in and change the wordart to #00113d

Do the same for dotted line layer

And thin rect layer (top one)

Do the same for Dotted line 2 and thin rect (bottom) but use #ffe41a

Once done zoom back to 100%

Add drop shadow to word art

Effects-3d effects-drop shadow

Offset 1

Horizontal 2

Opacity 80

Blur 5.90

Color#202020

Activate circle back layer

Go to Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise

Uniform

Noise 70%

Monochrome

Ok

Add drop shadow

Use setting from adove

Open ele19-resize 14%

d&d, place into position and add drop shadow

open ele 35-resize 12%

d&d, place into position, duplicate ele 35

and move the duplicate into place

open ele 31-resize 15%

d&d, place into position

open ele09-resize 60%

image-rotate right

place under rect back but over thin

rect lowered

add drop shadow

dluplicate-image-mirror

in layer palette drag ele 09 duplicate

under drop shadow of circle

place in position

open ele26-resize 20%

place into positon

open ele42-resize 40%

d&d, place into position

add drop shadow but change color to white

drag under rect drop shadow

open ele48-resize 30%

and ele50 resize 25%

for ele50 take deform tool

turn a little and add drop shadow

remember to change color back to #202020

activate background layer

duplicate x 2

so you should have 3 backgrounds

close out original and close out 2nd copy

flood fill #02254e

Go to layers-load/save mask

Load from disk

Monti blinds mask1

In palette click on mask layer

Right click merge

Merge group

Move into position

Repeat on copy layer but flood fill with #fdde07

Activate top layer

Open ele20-resize 20%

d&d place into position

open ele44-resize 40%

image-mirror

rotate til it lines up with shape 2

add drop shadow

This will be a good time to add your

name, and artist info. Remember

if you use a PTU tube you must add

your license # and artist copyright

For the name I used Lokas –Aqua

And there you go.

Instead of copy and paste new layer.

Close out Missy’s copyright

Activate “circle” layer

Selections-select all-float-Defloat-Invert

Open pp1-resize down to 60%

d&d over “circle” layer and hit delete

Selections-none

(I close out the original layer)

Activate layer “rectangle1”

Selections-select all-float-Defloat-Invert

Open pp16 resize to 65%

d&d over “rectangle1” layer

Activate pp16

and hit delete

Selections-none

Close original

Activate layer “rectangle2”

Selections-select all-float-Defloat-Invert

Open pp8 resize to 50%

d&d over “rectangle2” layer

On solid word art, I enlarged my tag to get as

Close as to fill in the letters.

Close out “Selections-select all-float-Defloat-Invert

glitter circle”

Open “diamond frame”

Resize50% place under word art layer

And place in position

Open “ribbon heart 1 and 2”

Resize to 12%

d&d 1 and 2 ribbons

place into position

Open “candle rose”

resize to 30%

d&d and place over the ribbons layer and

set in position

Open “glitter spot 1 and 2”

I just flipped and mirrored these and

d&d , placed them toward the top

left corner

and moved them to the bottom of

the layers so that why they’d be in the background

Open “satin bow”

Resize to 20%

Activate top layer

d&d and position

with that open “rose 1”

resize down to 10% and

place over center of “satin bow”

Open “skull-bow” and resize 20%

d&d and position

open “rose2” resize 10%

place center of skull-bow

and add dropshadow

Open “skull” resize 25%

With raster deform turn the skull a little

Add dropshadow

Open “sparkles 1 and 2”

Activate top layer

d&d 1 and 2 over top layer and position

Choose tube of choice

I used a PTU tube

Take wand, click inside of diamond frame

( you should have the marching ants inside of frame)

Selections-modify-expand-6

Selections-invert

d&d tube and position as you like

duplicate tube

close out duplicate

activate original tube layer

hit delete

now you should only have the tube inside of frame

activate and open duplicated tube

take eraser and erase bottom of tube

so you have nothing of the tube on the bottom of frame

Selections-select none

Take duplicated tube in layers and move above frame

(so you will have tubes on top and bottom of frame layer)

Take eraser again and activate duplicated tube

And erase the pieces covering the frame at the bottom

Take your text tool

5x5 font, type out name,

Convert layer to raster

Go to effects-plugins-mura

Example below

hit okay

Now you should have a layer full of the name

Now go to small circle layer and activate

Selections-select all-float-Defloat-Invert

Go back to your layer full of name and

Hit delete

Now you should only have the name inside of the circle

Now you can add your name of choice and copyright info of

Artist.

Open your tube of choice

And place under frame but above pp07

And hit delete

Duplicate image and mirror and adjust

So you should have the tube in both sides

Duplicate tube on both sides

Now you should have 4 tubes

Close out copies

On originals

Adjust-blur-gaussian

Repeat

Open copies

Blend mode-soft light on both

Add mask of your choice

Add name

I used curlz font

Add artist copyright and info

Merge

And now you got yourself a pretty tag!

Open scrap kit and resize to 70%

Close out Missy’s copyright

I am going explain how to fill in the squares here so I

Don’t have every step repeating myself.

Activate layer we are working on

Selections-float-defloat

Go materials in palette

Click on foreground

Click on pattern find pp#

Angle 0

Scale 143

ok

Go to paint brush tool

Select square brush

Size-70

Opacity-100%

Blend mode- normal

Color in the square with the marching ants

When done go to

Selections- selection none

Repeat these steps for all the layers

Okay lets really start now

Open pp4-square1

Pp3-square2

Pp1-square3

Pp2-sqaure4

Pp25-square5

Pp24-square6

Pp12-frame back

Okay now all your layers should be filled

Now add your elements

As you want them or follow mine

Just remember to resize them

I love drop shadows so add a few

Place tube in position

(if you are following my elements this is how I made it look

Like she holding the flower)

Duplicate element flower4

Drag duplicate all the way to the top

Activate top duplicate and take eraser

Circle

Size71

Opacity 100

And erase

The flower over the thumb

Because to leave the small piece to cover her finger

To make it look like she is holding it

Resize tube 70%

Look for center square

Activate

Select-float-defloat-invert

Drag and drop tube over square

But make sure tube is under frame

Hit delete

Duplicate tube inside frame

Close copy

Activate orginal

Go to

Adjust-blur-gaussian 1.00

Repeat one more time

Open duplicate

Blend mode-soft light

Now add your name and info

Of artist.

Add a mask of choice

Merge all

And there you go.
